Our client in the global gaming technology industry is currently looking for a IT & Tech support based in Manila, Philippines.
 
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain gaming products (software/hardware) across client sites.
Perform repairs on gaming systems in-house or coordinate with vendors as needed.
Conduct QA/QC testing for new releases, report bugs, and collaborate with R&D on product improvements.
Support global teams with system projects (OS, networking, security).
Travel regionally on short notice and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server OS, and network infrastructure/security.
Proficiency in Python programming or other coding languages
Fluent in English
 
This position is based in Manila, Philippines. We also welcome fresh graduates in Computer Science/IT or professionals to apply.
