IT Manager

Our client, a prestigious London-based luxury gaming and hospitality club, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the technology operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Oversee daily IT operations across Front, Middle, and Back Office systems.
Ensure system stability, cybersecurity, and compliance with UK Gambling Commission standards.
Lead IT projects, upgrades, and vendor management.
Report to senior management and support department-specific technology needs.
 
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 -10 years of proven experience in IT operations management, ideally within the casino / gaming / hospitality sectors. With strong technical background in IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity protocols. Furthermore, the role requires exceptional communication abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and the capacity to thrive within a diverse, multicultural setting. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
