Human Resources Partner

Our client, a prestige retail group is looking for an experienced Human Resources Partner in Macau.
 
In this role as a Human Resources Partner you will work closely with the retail operations, provide expert HR services and solutions to key stakeholders and ensure best practice of people management principles. You will provide support and advices on manpower planning, recruitment, workforce management and employment relations issues for existing and up-coming outlets. In addition, you will provide ad-hoc HR support to the management and operations when necessary.
 
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Partner position preferably from a sizable and fast paced business environment with hands-on experience in HR partnering. Experience in all aspect of human resources management especially in manpower planning and employee relations. Sound analytical thinking and problem solving skills, possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship building capabilities with employees at all levels. familiar with Macau Labor Law, knowledge in Hong Kong labor ordinance is an added advantage. Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
