Human Resources Director, South Korea
A large integrated resort in South Korea is currently looking for an experienced and professional Human Resources Director to manage all-rounded human resources management.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for managing all-rounded human resources functions with strong focus on recruitment and workforce planning. Take lead on recruitment and selection, manpower planning, employee relationships, etc. You will drive effective human resource management practices which enable delivery of the business strategy by aligning human resources management with the company objectives.
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Director position will require hands-on human resources management experience in a similar senior position preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. You should have a strong background in generalist HR, specialize in recruitment and talent acquisition, familiar with labor law and general HR practice in South Korea, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean are required.
