Human Resources Manager/ Senior HR Manager/ Assistant Director of HR
A large integrated resort in South Korea is currently looking for an experienced and professional Human Resources Manager/ Senior Human Resources Manager to manage all-rounded human resources management.
This position is responsible for managing and handle full spectrum functions of Human Resources. Support the Head of HR to develop and implement strategies in recruitment and selection, manpower planning, employee relationships, etc. You will drive effective human resource management practices which enable delivery of the business strategy, as well as ensuring efficient and effective communication with different departments and close working relationship across departments.
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager/ Senior Manager position will require hands-on human resources management experience in a similar HR management position preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. You should have a strong background in generalist HR, experienced in all aspects of human resources management functions, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) is required.
