HR & Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and vendor coordination
•Support office leasing, landlord communication, and contract management
•Provide administrative support to employees, including onboarding logistics and accommodation arrangements•Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and personnel file management
•Maintain employee records and HR documentation
•Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication
•Handle work permit and residence permit applications for foreign employees and follow up on progress
•Liaise with local law firms and government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
•Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
•Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory)
•Experience in handling visas, immigration, or expatriate management is a strong advantage
•Strong communication skills, high level of responsibility, and execution ability
