Head of Operations

Our client, a leading company in the FMCG sector, is seeking a visionary Head of Operations to lead their Macau business. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in FMCG sales operations and a proven ability to manage large teams and drive regional growth.
 
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, overseeing the entire sales and operations teams in Macau, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. You will foster a culture of empowerment, lead key projects, and collaborate across regional markets to enhance business performance and scalability.
 
The ideal candidate should have relevant management experience in the FMCG or beverage industry. Strong business acumen, financial sense, and hands-on leadership capabilities. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
