Head of MEP

Our client, a leading contractor for hotel, commercial building, and residential property projects in Asia, is currently looking for a highly experienced Head of MEP to oversee all MEP-related works in fit-out projects.
 
As the Head of MEP, you will play a crucial role in the realm of construction, particularly in fit-out projects. You will work closely with the project team to oversee all MEP-related work, ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is multifaceted and demanding, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
 
The ideal candidate for the Head of MEP role should possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field, along with hands-on experience in MEP management within the construction industry. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards. Technical competence, excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Additionally, a proven track record of successful project portfolios, especially in integrated resorts in Macau, is highly desirable.
