Head of HR

Our client, a well-known conglomerate in Macau is looking for an experienced Head of HR.
 
In this role, you will provide expert HR services and solutions to ensure best practice of people management principles. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including a wide range of strategic HR projects , workforce planning, re-org, succession planning, C&B, payroll and talent development. Develop, review and implement HR policies and processes that maximize productivity and legal compliance.
 
The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in Human Resources, familiar with Macau Labor Law, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
