Head of Food and Beverage

A large luxury entertainment resorts in South Korea is looking for a Head of Food and Beverage with extensive experience in Hotel and F&B industries.
 
In this role, you will manage all aspects of Food and Beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants and bars, in room dining, and extensive banqueting spaces. This is a key strategic role within the Food and Beverage Division, you will lead a professional F&B team to maximizing profits, ensure quality standards and high service performance are maintained to drive customer satisfaction.
 
The ideal candidate for this role should have solid management experience in sizable 5-star hotel properties Food and Beverage  and kitchen operations. Good knowledge of finance and marketing. Proven ability in planning, directing and controlling several food and beverage outlets at the same time whilst thriving in a busy hotel environment. Excellent communication skills, good command in both English and Chinese, able to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
