Head of China Support

Our client, an industry leading online gaming and sportbetting solutions and service provider is currently looking for and Head of China Support.

 

As a Head of China Support, you are fully responsible for implementing work procedures and managing the team including monthly review individual performance, provide feedback, clear direction and support. You also need to monitor customer feedback and have a depth understanding of new products and systems. In addition, you will be managing the daily operations, establish and lead sales program.

 

The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience in gaming industry. Ability to manage staff and lead the team to achievev targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good command of spopkeng and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin) iss required.
