Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A)

Our client, a well-known and well-established online gaming/ BPO group in Philippines is currently looking for a Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics based in Manila, Philippines.
 
This is a team lead position, you will develop and lead the BI&A team, apply Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions to the company's business environment, migrate team skills into analytics, and partner with the businesses to deliver value from information. You will create a system for prioritizing work acoss the group. You will provide advice to the management when and how to bring in external partners as more advanced analytics are required.
 
The ideal Candidate for this position should be a Bachelor Degree Holder in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Expertise in machine learning, data science, AI; experience in using statistical computer language (SQL, R, Python, etc.) to manipulate date and draw insights from large-scale, complex datasets; able to provide business analysis and leverage technical skills to create effective BI&A solutions to the business environment. Excellent interpersonal, team leading skills.
