Express Centre Representative
Our client, the world’s leading logistics company, is currently looking for an experienced Express Centre Representative.
- Handle incoming calls and email for enquiries and complaints
- Make outbound calls to new customers acquisition & business and product promotion
- Maintain the daily operation of service counter and provide quality customer service.
- Handle order booking and shipments process (such as: shipment clearance, drop-off & collection)
- Minimum 1 year related experience (customer service, retail field or CS counter)
- Excellent communications, customer service and telephone handling skills
- Self-motivated, customer focused and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency with PC skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
