Express Centre Representative

Our client, the world’s leading logistics company, is currently looking for an experienced Express Centre Representative.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and email for enquiries and complaints
  • Make outbound calls to new customers acquisition & business and product promotion
  • Maintain the daily operation of service counter and provide quality customer service.
  • Handle order booking and shipments process (such as: shipment clearance, drop-off & collection)

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year related experience (customer service, retail field or CS counter)
  • Excellent communications, customer service and telephone handling skills
  •  Self-motivated, customer focused and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency with PC skills
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
