主要職責:
- 教導客戶使用ESS工具,鼓勵更多使用。
- 監控工具使用情況,提出改進建議。
- 確保工具中的數據正確且可靠。
- 幫助客戶註冊並提供使用培訓。
- 解決客戶在使用工具時遇到的問題。
- 拜訪客戶,協助安裝和使用工具。
- 處理報告和訂單等行政工作。
Teach customers how to use ESS (Electronic Shipping Solutions) tools and encourage them to use them more.
- Check how often the tools are used and suggest ways to improve.
- Make sure data in the tools is correct and reliable.
- Help customers sign up for ESS tools and provide training.
- Solve customer problems related to ESS tools and offer support.
- Visit customers to assist with setup and use of ESS tools.
- Handle some admin tasks like reports and orders.
