Executive Chef, Chinese Cuisine
One of the largest luxury casino resorts in Macau is looking for an experienced Executive Chef, Chinese Cuisine.
You will plan, create and review the food menu and recipes pertaining to mainly Northern Chinese Cuisine, and strive to maintain consistency in food quality and its standards. You will ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations and that costs are within the budgets expectations at all times. To provide training to all subordinates as required to ensure all staffs are skilled and productive.
The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience with specialized in Northern Chinese Cuisine in 5-star hotel properties. Experience working in industry awards winning restaurants and in high-volume food service environment is required. Fluent is Mandarin and conversational English.
