A luxury 5-star hotel in Macau is looking for an experienced Executive Chef for their Fine Dining Cantonese Restaurant.

澳門某五星級酒店渡假村現正招聘高級粵菜餐廳行政總(Executive Chef).


Job Duties:

  • Manage kitchen daily operation, guide and supervise kitchen staff
  • Supervise food production and ensure that the food quality meets and exceeds guest expectations
  • Achieve catering sales target set by the company
  • Coordinate catering services and facilities, including recipe development and menu design, etc


  • 管理廚房的日常營運,指導和監督廚師工作
  • 監管食物出品,確保食物品質達到並超出客人期望
  • 完成公司制定的餐飲銷售目標
  • 與餐飲負責人進行有關餐飲服務以及設施的協調,包括菜式研發及菜單設計等


Job Requirement:

  • Have at least 25-30 years' experience in culinary, specialized in Cantonese cuisine
  • Have working experience in recognized Michelin / 50 bests / Black Pearl Restaurants
  • Understand luxury hospitality industry and its restaurant operation
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of speaking Cantonese

  • 曾在米芝蓮星級餐廳 / 全球最佳50餐廳 /黑珍珠餐廳工作
  • 了解高級酒店行業及其餐廳營運模式
  • 抗壓性強,願意帶領團隊
  • 熟練掌握廣東話的書面運用和口語說話技能
