Our Client, a well-established large casino resort in Asia is currently looking for an Executive Chef.
In this role, you will need to steer the whole Food and Beverage culinary functions of the company, including the food quality, purchase specifications, hygiene, safety standards, menu’s development, promotion etc. Oversee and monitor the daily operation, budget control and the strategic plan development for market trends, food presentation, portioning, and facilities, along with various functions to develop policies, procedures, recruitment and systems to ensure efficient and profitable operations with maintain the highest professional standards.
The ideal Candidate should be Certified of IV TAE and have minimum 15 - 20 years of back-of-the-house operations and management experiences, expertise and utilizes in all safety and sanitation practices. Good at communication skills is well preferable.
