Executive Assistant & Project Development Analyst

Our client, a global investment company with a strong presence in emerging markets, is currently looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant & Project Development Analyst to support the project leader on developing large-scale land and renewable energy projects in the Philippines.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Attend meetings with internal teams, government agencies, partners.
  • Prepare bilingual meeting minutes in English and Chinese.
  • Conduct research on land regulations and renewable energy policies.
  • Maintain trackers for land parcels, permits, approvals, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, lawyers, technical partners, and government agencies.
  • Review and summarize LOIs, MOUs, term sheets, and technical reports.
  • Prepare presentation materials, slides, and internal memos.
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Draft emails, memos, letters, and reports in English and Chinese.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and urgent assignments.
  • Provide general executive and administrative support to the Project Leader.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–4 years relevant experience in research, project development, consulting, banking, legal, real estate, renewable energy, or infrastructure.
  • Exposure to land tilting/conversion/zoning (Philippines or overseas) OR to renewable energy/infrastructure projects. Experience working with Philippine government agencies, LGUs, or economic zones is a strong plus.
  • Advanced written and spoken English and Chinese (ability to prepare formal documents and meeting minutes in both languages). Strong translation and summarization skills.
  • Strong research; structured thinking; comfortable with Excel (lists, trackers, basic analysis), and PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple meetings and deadlines; experienced in note-taking and action-item tracking.
  • High attention to detail; proactive and resourceful; high integrity and discretion; resilient and patient with complex stakeholders.
