Director of Food and Beverage

A prestigious luxury entertainment resort in South Korea is seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate their world-class dining and hospitality offerings.
 
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting services. This is a strategic leadership role, where you will drive profitability, maintain exceptional service standards, and enhance guest satisfaction while managing a high-performing team.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Lead and optimize multi-outlet F&B operations across the resort.
Drive revenue generation and cost efficiency through strategic planning and execution.
Ensure consistent service excellence aligned with brand and guest expectation.
Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled F&B team across various departments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and departments to enhance overall performance
 
Requirements:
 
Proven track record in managing F&B operations within large, 5-star hotel or integrated resort environments.
Strong financial acumen and marketing insight to drive profitability.
Proven ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
