Director of Food and Beverage

Our client, a luxury 5-star international hotel group is looking for an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join the professional F&B team based in Macau.
 
In this role as a Director of Food and Beverage, you will manage in all aspects of all Food and Beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants and bars, in room dining, and extensive banqueting spaces. This is a key strategic role within the Food and Beverage Division, you will lead a professional F&B team to maximizing profits, ensure quality standards and high service performance are maintained to drive customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this Director of Food and Beverage role should have solid management experience in a 5 star luxury hotel Food and Beverage operations. Good knowledge of finance and marketing. Proven ability in planning, directing and controlling several food and beverage outlets at the same time whilst thriving in a busy hotel environment. Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
