As part of the strategic growth plan, our client, a well-known luxury Resort and Casino in Asia is looking for an experienced and outstanding sales and business development professional to join as a Director/ Manager of International Marketing in VIP gaming based in Macau. This is a perfect opportunity to demonstrate your vast knowledge and refined skills in VIP gaming business development.


In this role as a Director/ Manager of International Marketing, you will take on initiate to identify, develop and maintain customer relationships through different sales and marketing strategies set by the company. You will be focus on marketing the premium casino product and entertainment complex to premium/ VIP customers to generate and increase the revenue.


A successful candidate for this role should have knowledge of  VIP gaming business and extensive experience in a similar role in VIP Player Development/ International Marketing. Familiar with Asian gaming market, and well-connected with both VIP/ premium customers and business partners especially in China, Macau and Hong Kong. Process exceptional planning, analytical and conceptual problem solving skills, excellent communication ability. Strong business acumen with a proven track record and evidence of growth in driving a high performing team in a similar sales and business development role is desirable. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in corporate level, good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese are required.
