Deputy Head - Commercial Insurance Operations

Our client, one of the leading financial institutions is looking for a Deputy Head of Commercial Insurance Operations based in Macau.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee operation of Commercial Insurance business in Macau.
· Provide advice and risk management solution to existing and new clients.
· Handle the operation of claims function and collection of insurance.
· Maintain good relationship with clients, review insurance policies and  answer clients enquiries.
 
Requirements:
· Degree holder with good progression in insurance professional qualification.
· At least 5 years' of experience in the insurance field.
· Relevant AMCM licenses.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
