Customer Service & Sales Support Manager

Job description:

  • Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function

  • May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders to support team and follow up account status.

  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs

  • Provide sales process suggestion and improvement to sales team.

  • Communicate with Sales Manager to develop new sales strategies.

  • Monitor and supervise staffs’ performance.

  • Manage sales target implement and reports.

  • Making price quotation and provide products’ information to clients.

  • Follow up the specific customer’s requests to ensure provide excellent customers service.

  • Project Management

  • Provide documentation for Gaming Authority


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.

  • Understanding and at least have 5 years experience related of business to business/ corporate sales.

  • Ability to work independently, excellent communication and management skills, in depth knowledge of sales support aspect and customer service practices.

  • Fluent in spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English.

  • Familiar with MS office.
