Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. In your role, you will maintain daily operations of service counter and provide customer service, handling income calls and email request from customers, after service issues and follow up special requests and complaints from customers.

 

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Representative position should have 2 years customer service experience and be able to work under pressure and customer-oriented. Proficient PC skills and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is necessary.
