Customer Service Receptionist
Our client, an international logistics company present over hundreds of countries around the world is currently looking for a Customer Service Receptionist.
In this role, you will be managing the daily operations of service counter and responsible to provide quality customer service to both account and walk-in customers, besides handling incoming calls and email from internal and external enquiries. You will also assist handling booking orders, shipments clearance, shipment drop-off & collection, undeliverable shipments and shipments trace & track.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of working experience in customer service or related field, be self-motivated, customer focused, able to work under pressure, effectively solve problems and have good telephone handling skills. Acknowledgement of good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
