Looking for Customer Service Leader in Macau

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team, monitor the team performance and KPI to ensure the service qualify
  • Manage team to handle walk-in customers, response to customer calls and emails; resolve complaints
  • Prepare customer service reports and initiate for continuous improvement

 

Requirement:

  • Degree Holder
  • At least 5 years’ experiences in customer service or related fields with 2-3 years in a team lead role
  • Customer service and result oriented
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills, knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
