Customer Service Executive
A global leading logistics company is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive based in Macau.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be providing customer service at the counter to assist walk-in customers, handle incoming calls and email for enquiries and complaints about order, shipments clearance, undeliverable shipments and shipments trace & tack. You will be also providing after sales service and promoting value added services to walk-in customers.
Ideal candidate should be a high school graduate, have working experiences in customer service or retail, excellent communication and problem solving skills, be customer focused and able to work under pressure. Acknowledge of good command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
