Customer Service Supervisor

As a Costumer Service Supervisor, you will report to the Station Manager. In your role, you are managing and monitoring the customer service team to provide a wonderful service to call-in and walk-in customers. you also need to assess the operation and set up improvement plans, tracing services, service recovery, handle email from customers and deal complaints. On the other hand, you need to work with other teams and regions to arrange and deliver the shipment to customer accurately and without delay.

 

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Supervisor position should have at least 5 yers customer service experience, and 3 years in management. In depth knowledge of logistics of transportation industry is advantage. Service-oriented, stron business acumen, effective management skills and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficient PC skills and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is necessary.
