Crypto Exchange Operations and Compliance Specialist

Our client, a global cryptocurrency exchange platform, is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Crypto Exchange Operations and Compliance Specialist.
 
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with exchange operations, multi-jurisdictional compliance, wallet management, and payment gateway integrations. 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Managing daily crypto exchange operations.
Ensuring compliance across jurisdictions (KYC/AML, licensing, reporting).
Monitoring and adapting to changing crypto regulations.
Setting up, maintaining, and securing hot/cold wallets.
Overseeing wallet transactions, liquidity, and reconciliations.
Integrating and managing fiat/crypto payment gateways.
Collaborating with compliance, technical, and risk teams.
Assisting with audits, reporting, and internal controls.
Identifying and mitigating operational risks.
 
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field, plus proven experience with crypto exchanges or blockchain platforms. A strong grasp of global crypto regulations and compliance, hands-on crypto wallet management (e.g. setup and security), familiarity with payment gateways (fiat and crypto), and knowledge of KYC/AML and risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail and ability to work fast-paced. 
 
Besides, multi-jurisdictional experience, blockchain/smart contract knowledge, liquidity management and trading operations, and basic technical knowledge (APIs, system integrations) is a plus.
