CRM Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Our client, a well-established industry leading online gaming and Sportsbetting solutions and service provider is currently looking for a Japanese speaking CRM Manager.
As a CRM Manager, you are fully responsible for CRM roadmap and the P&L. You also need to work closely with execution teams and retention department to devise the sportsbook & casino email CRM strategy and develop CRM programs. In addition, you will be evaluate the player lifecycle modeling and match CRM actions to each segment.
The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience in online gambling industry. In depth knowledge of the player lifecycle. Ability to use customer data to segment, manage CRM tools and systems. Excellent organizational skills and good command of spoken and written in English and Japanese is required.
