Client Engagement Executive
Our client, one of the leading BPO Company specialized in IT and Business consultation, is currently looking for Client Engagement Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As Client Engagement Executive, you will be providing professional customer services while taking into consideration business objectives. Using different online channels to respond to clients’ queries, performing data analysis and spotting out the main concerns raised by the clients about the product and assist to provide servicing support. Developing new strategies to establish new client relationships while maintaining the existing one in order to contribute the enhancement of each client's experience.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of working experience in customer relationship management role or related field. Be customer-focused, collaborative, able to work under pressure, having good communication and telephone handling skills. Acknowledgement of good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
