Our client, a well-established Asia Financial Banking conglomerate is currently looking for a well-rounded and experience Claims Manager in Macau.
In the role as Claims Manager, you are mainly responsible for processing and evaluate submitted claims, determinate the course of action in order to achieve the appropriate information required to assess the claim. You will also need to develop a claim case strategy to ensure appropriate investigations are conducted to identify potential fraud cases.
We would like to look for a mature candidate with strong customer service mindset with minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in non-life Insurance and solid knowledge in non-life insurance products and policy.
