Chinese Tea Master

Our client, a well-established casino & resorts group in Philippines is looking for a professional and experienced Chinese Tea Master to join their dynamic and exceptional F&B team.
 
In this role as a Chinese Tea Master, you will provide exceptional Chinese tea knowledge coupled with excellent Chinese tea serving skills and training skills to the Front of House. You will share your tea knowledge with guests, recommend tea varieties to guests and their preferences. You will supervise tea serving, perform and train colleagues to serve Chinese teas according to each specification and in a traditional Chinese service, ensure all Chinese tea service standards and sequences of service are being followed and adhered to by your team. 
 
The ideal candidate for this Chinese Tea Master role will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Tea Master/ Tea Sommelier/ Tea Specialist/ Tea Trainer or relevant positions, preferably with previous experience working in a 5-star hotel or high-end tea restaurant setting. Good knowledge on different range and varieties of Chinese teas. With exceptional skills to perform the tea ceremony (especially ‘’Gong Fu’’ tea ceremony) and able to service tea according to Chinese tradition. Able to communicate and share knowledge with guests and colleagues.
