Chinese Restaurant Manager
Our client is a preeminent Macau-base Hotel and Entertainment Complex currently looking for a Chinese Restaurant Manager.
Within this role you will manage full spectrum of restaurant, embedded with the oversee and manage the daily operation and financial statement of the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, ensure teams’ performance and achieve standard of departments, maintain high level of services effectively and efficiently, able to handling complaint and special requirements, facilities that is confirmed to hygiene meet sanitary requirements, setup in an appealing effect and dismantling promptly after each promotion. Ensuring the quality of food services. Develop new menus with the Executive Chef and participate in market survey on competitors.
The ideal Candidate should have at least 6 years of Food and Beverage experiences with over 3 years of restaurant managing experiences. Ability to work under pressure with grooming standards. Bilingual in Chinese and English, excellent organizational and leadership ability is well preferred.
