    Our client, a top-ranked five star Casino Resort in Macau is looking for a Chef de Partie to join F&B kitchen team.


    Job description:

    • Lead and supervise operations of the specified kitchen section.
    • Prepare and maintain the food materials are high quality.
    • Make sure all food served is of the highest quality, including temperature, appearance, and sanitation.



    • Recognized professional culinary qualifications.
    • Relevant kitchen working experience in a 5-star international hotel, with hands-on working experience as a Chef de Partie.
    • Good knowledge of culinary and demonstrates a passion for food.
