Chef de Cuisine - Cantonese Cuisine

Our client, a well-established casino & resorts group in Philippines is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine – Authentic Cantonese Cuisine.  
 
Job Duties:
Manage overall kitchen operation, supervise kitchen staff, ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration. 
Supervise food production and ensure that the food quality meets and exceeds guest expectations.
 
Job Requirement:
Have at least 8 years' experience in culinary.
Specialized in Authentic Cantonese Cuisine.
Have working experience in five-star hotels, understand luxury hospitality industry and its restaurant operations.  
Hands-on team management skills. 
Good command of Cantonese.
