Business Development - Sales Leader, Macau
Our client, a well-reputable building management system solutions provider in Macau is currently looking for a highly experienced Sales Leader who has strong B2B product and solutions selling skills and proved leadership ability.
In this Macau Sales Leader role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales and Account Managers to promote products and solution services to existing and potential customers. You will plan appropriate strategies, motivate and set goal for individuals within the sales team ensure the team to achieve overall business growth in Macau.
The ideal candidate for this position should have tertiary qualification in building management, mechanical, electrical engineering or similar. You should have at least 8-10 years of relevant B2B sales whereby at least 2 - 3 years in a sales team management role preferably in selling building solutions and/ or building automation (eg. BMS/HVAC automation). You must be a hands-on team leader with strong people management ability; good communication, interpersonally and presentation skills. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
