Business Development Manager - Influencer Partnership

A global leader in digital marketing and social commerce, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Singapore team.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and signing overseas influencers (live streamers, content creators, etc.). You will lead contract discussions, manage influencer relationships, and support the team in achieving commercial goals. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead high-quality influencer acquisition through online and offline channels to meet signing. 
Manage post-signing relationships and provide ongoing commercial collaboration support.
Build strong influencer relationships by understanding their content and business needs; match them with appropriate internal resources and ensure smooth project execution.
Analyze influencer performance and industry trends.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams.
Assist in content planning, publishing, and platform coordination for various regions social media accounts.
 
Requirements:
 
Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in MCN influencer acquisition, with proven signing techniques is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, digital sense, and aesthetic judgment.
Experience working with influencers on overseas social media platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work across time zones and maintain online availability.
Team management experience is advantageous.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
