Business Development Manager - FMCG
Our client, a leading company in the FMCG sector, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and revenue growth for their Macau business. This is a high-impact role suited for a strategic professional with deep expertise in FMCG sales and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client partnerships, and lead teams effectively.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives, identifying and securing new sales channels and accounts, and managing key customer relationships across Macau. You will also oversee and mentor a sales team, ensuring team members are motivated, performance targets are met, and professional growth is encouraged. You will drive commercial agility, lead brand expansion projects, and partner with headquarters to increase market share.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in business development, sales, and key account management within the FMCG industry, including prior experience managing or supervising a team. Strong commercial acumen, financial sense, and hands-on negotiation skills are essential. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational abilities are required.
