BIM Project Manager

Our client, a leading international engineering and BIM consulting firm, is seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead overseas project delivery and drive business growth.
 
As the BIM Project Manager, you will be responsible for full life-cycle BIM project delivery, pre-sales technical support, multi-project overall management, client communication and overseas team management. 
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, MEP, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years in BIM/MEP/engineering, 3+ in BIM project management.
Experience in BIM consultancies, design institutes, or general/MEP contractors.
Rich experience in data center / MEP complex projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong control over progress, quality, cost, and client relations.
Proficient in Revit and Navisworks; knowledge of Fuzor/Lumion is a plus.
Strong pre-sales and client-facing skills, able to lead technical discussions and presentations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (working proficiency).
Willing to travel/relocate to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Australia or other overseas regions.
