Look for Bar & Restaurant Manager for a Whisky Bar in Macau.

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage restaurant & bar daily operation and paperwork, including reports, cost control, inventory management, etc

- Recruit and train new staffs to provide execellent F&B service to guests

- Resolve problems and handle complaints

- Engage with guests and make sure they have an enjoyable dining experience

- Monitor staff performance and suggest ways of improvement from time to time

- Implement marketing campaigns and handle promotional events to attract guests

 

Requirement:

- have prior experience in Restaurant Management

- good knowledge in wine and other aloholic products

- good command in Chinese and English
