Assistant Training Manager
Our client, a well-established and leading property services group in Macau is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Training Manager to extend their business.
As an Assistant Manager, you are fully responsible for managing and developing training program, including identify the training needs, strategies and provide the improvements, communicate with external parties for developing training plan. You also need to assist for managing all activities of employees. In addition, you will be analyzing business projects and report.
The ideal candidate for this position should have obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, at least 7 years working experience in HR field. Excellent communication and organization skills, inventive and good team player. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
