Assistant Restaurant Manager

A well-known western Cafe Restaurant in Macau is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
 
Job responsibilities:
 
Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
Assist the Restaurant Manager to handle the restaurant administrative works e.g. manage booking, purchasing, accounting, etc.
Assists the food servers to serve food and beverage, clean and reset tables as needed.
Provide excellent and professional services to guests. 
Review guests' feedback, handle guests' requests and complaints.
 
Requirements:
 
Macau resident.
Relevant F&B working experience with at least 3 years of western restaurant supervisory experience. 
Generous, service- oriented, flexibility and multitasking.  
Proficient in using computer (Microsoft Office) and restaurant POS systems.
Excellent command of English and Chinese is preferred.
