Assistant Manager - HR Management Systems
Our client, a well-reputable Hong Kong listed conglomerate in Macau is currently looking for a HRMS expert to manage the group human resources management systems.
In this role as an Assistant Manager of HRMS, you will lead the implementation of the existing HRMS of the group. You will identify problems through testing and user feedbacks, provide solutions to resolve problems and improve in ongoing system implementation. You will working in partnership with vendors, technology professionals, human resources management teams, and able to provide necessary support and advices to all levels of system users.
The ideal candidate for this position, should have relevant working experience in design and implementation of an HRMS within a complex organization. Good understanding and knowledge of human resource process within a corporate organization. Well versed in Macau Labour Ordinance, with hands-on project leading experience in HRMS implementation is preferred.
