Assistant General Manager - Property Management Operations
Our client, one of the largest property management groups in Macau is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager for Property Management for their growing business.
You will be overseeing the property management operations of the group while implementing policies and procedures to provide top service to clients. You are required to lead a team of customer service professionals in providing impeccable services to tenants and potential clients. You are expected to continuously build trusting relationship with clients and identifying opportunities for greater profits. You will be engaged in personnel management from recruiting, hiring, resource planning, training, retention and regular performance reviews of your team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience working in Property Management and leaderships skills to manage a growing team. Taken up the course of Technical Specialist in Property Management and have in-depth knowledge of residential, mall and commercial property management. Confident working with internal departments, government departments and building client database. A team player and possess strong work ethics, strong leadership ability. Excellent organization and presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
