Assistant F&B Manager

Our client, a premier integrated resort and casino destination in South Korea, is seeking a dynamic Assistant F&B Manager with specialized expertise in high-end Chinese cuisine. This role supports the operations of a signature fine-dining Chinese restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience within a luxurious and fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Assist in the daily management of restaurant outlet operations, service flow, staffing, and financial performance.
Uphold and enhance the highest standards of service, food quality, and presentation consistent with a luxury dining concept.
Lead, train, and mentor the service team to deliver refined, knowledgeable, and personalized guest interactions.
Manage guest relations, addressing inquiries and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
Support inventory control, cost management, and compliance with all health, safety, and resort standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably within a Chinese fine-dining restaurant in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or Michelin-recognized establishment.
Proven track record in a supervisory management role within F&B or restaurant operations.
Strong preference for proficiency in Korean–Chinese or Korean–English.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
