Assistant Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

A premier integrated resort in South Korea is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Director of FP&A.
 
This position will be reporting to the CFO, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while acting as a strategic business partner to operations, F&B, retail, and entertainment teams. Key Responsibilities including:
 
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development
Partner with department heads to align strategy with financial performance
Deliver Board reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights
Build complex financial models for new initiatives and investments
 
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
8 - 10 years or above relevant progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, with proven track record in leading enterprise-wide budgeting, P&L ownership, and strategic planning cycles in a complex, multi-entity environment. Experience in the hospitality, gaming, or integrated resort industry is highly preferred.
Expert proficiency in financial modeling and advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). 
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Good Command in both English and Chinese, or Korean and Chinese.
