Assistant Director of Electrical

Our client, a premier international integrated resort in Macau, is seeking an Assistant Director of Electrical to support critical engineering operations.
 
This role, as an Electrical Assistant Director, you will support in planning enhancement works, designing the PPM schedule, and ensuring timely repairs of all electrical systems. Your key responsibilities include:
 
Assist in overseeing the safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with Macau building codes and international standards (e.g., IBC).
Inspect installations, verify maintenance completion, and monitor repair activities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs aligned with energy conservation.
Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
Supervise internal teams and external contractors for all electrical works and projects.
Manage work orders, reporting, PPM records, and contractor performance.
Provide technical input for renovation projects.
Oversight of ELV / BMS / Fire / Kitchen systems is an advantage.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Bachelor’s degree or recognized qualification in Electrical Engineering.
8+ years in managing HV/MV/LV systems operation & maintenance. Facilities Management experience with ELV/BMS/Fire systems is a plus.
Familiar with HV/MV/LV safety procedures, Macau regulations, and vendor/tender processes. HV qualification registration preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
