Assistant Director, Audit - IT Compliance

Our client, a large integrated casino resort group in Macau is looking for an Assistant Audit Director to lead a team to support the delivery of audit services objectives.
 
As an Assistant Audit Director, you will direct audit assignments from the planning stage through final report issuance. You will plan and execute the risk based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan. You will maintain and follow up the audit recommendations. You’ll also be in charge with the review and application of the audit methodology and processes to ensure high quality of your team’s work.
 
The successful candidate for this Assistant Audit Director position should have CPA/ CIA/ CISA qualified, with minimum 15 years audit experience whereby with at least 5 - 6 years in leading a high performing audit team, especially under Compliance and/ or IT Audit area. "Big Four" public accounting experience and having an advanced level of working knowledge in Compliance standards, Financial/ Accounting standards, Institute of and Internal Auditors standards, is required. Good knowledge of compliance regulations such as FCPA, AML, etc. Good data analytics skills, and able to manipulate large sets of data in SQL, ACL and/ or similar tools. High attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving oriented. Confident with strong leadership ability. Excellent command of English is essential.
