Account Executive, Sales Support

Job description:

  • Responsible for administrative support to sales team.

  • Monitor customers account and follow up products feedback from customers.

  • Coordinate correspondence between customers and sales team.

  • Assist proposal and contract development.

  • Making price quotation and provide products’ information to clients.

  • Assist to prepare Accounting Reports (AP/AR) and other related reports.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.

  • Understanding and having experience related to b2b/ corporate sales.

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.

  • Fluent in spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English.

  • Familiar with MS office.
